Nancy & David hosted a wonderful, surprise bridal shower for Sirena….as usual, the food was fantastic and we all had fun getting together..thanks everyone.
ITALIAN VISITORS PUT ON A PASTA PARTY
We LOVE having Italitan visitors!!! They are so much fun and outgoing and
they love to cook pasta for everyone and are proud of it. Our Italian guests at the Sunset Casita invited us all over for dinner and taught us how to cook it Italian style…it was wonderful and alot of fun learning some italian too.
SPA DAY AT THE BLOWHOLE!
My old amiga from Guerrero Negro, Nena and her novio Roy came to Asuncion to visit and to treat us all to a wonderful collagen facial. Roy travels all over the world doing seminars, workshops and facials and WOW….we all looked so beautiful afterwards. We made it a fun event with cerveza, vino and burritos and made fun of each other looking like mummies!
It was really fun to get pampered and we really did see some great results after just one treatment. I look forward to using their product…cant hurt looking a bit younger eh!
MIGUEL ANGEL & EVALIN’S WEDDING
Our good friend and sportsfishing captain finally married his sweetheart this summer in a beautiful wedding, great reception and
fun lunch at a ranch the next day. They are such a lovely couple and we wish them all the happiness in the world in their marriage. We had a great time dancing and listening to live music at the rancho.

MOST EXCELLENT PARTY AT TIO JAVIER’S
It was an epic party…once again at Javiers casa to celebrate the birthdays of visitors TJ, Stan and Maria as well as Todd & Alicia’s anniversary. As usual, the food was awesome….carne and burro asada, mucho Tecate, pastel wth several faces pushed into it, musica, dancing and tons of belly laughs.

SNORKELING WITH SEA LIONS A MEMORABLE ADVENTURE
One of the most fun things to do here is to swim or snorkel with the juvenile sea lions at Asuncion Island. They are really curious and playful but not at all aggressive. When we arrive at the cove, they all swim out and hang around the boat waiting for
you to get in. People of all ages can do this and it is truly a remarkable wildlife adventure. Here is a little video clip of some french students playing with the sealions.

Music is a big part of mexican culture…we often enjoy getting together for meals, music and dancing.
Nancy loves to accompany visitors on her accordian…while Juan cleans the day’s catch the spearfishers brought in.
Our beach here at the Blowhole B&B is a great place for spearing sheepshead, calico and perch as well as sunbathing, swimming & snorkeling. There is also a large cave to explore full of lobster and sea critters…the kids love it!
During lobster season, we invite our guests to visit Tita & Bimbo in San Hipolito where they cook up all the lobster you can eat, take you for a panga ride and show you around the village…awesome day!
the kids love learning to surf and boogie board and skate boarding is really popular in the village.
there is lots of wildlife to see around the area…pronghorn antelope, coyotes and birds galore.
